EC does not refund gown purchases/ make sure your order is exactly what you desire as we will not refund your purchase. WE DO exchange sizes. Due to the nature of couture gowns , cost & labor involved we cannot refund a purchase that has arrived in good condition to you. Please add insurance to your shipping as that will give you peace of mind should our shipper create an unfortunate event & your gown can be replaced in most cases. If it’s an atelier gown in some cases it can not be replaced- insurance is best – we use UPS & FEDEX only to insure prompt delivery of your garment.
